Apple Specs > eMac (All) | Also see: iMac

Update Published November 2, 2024

Every Apple eMac is listed below. All eMac models use PowerPC processors and a heavy, bulbous, white all-in-one case design with a 17" CRT display.

First introduced in 2002 exclusively for the education market, and later made available to the consumer market, as well, the eMac provided basic performance at an inexpensive price point. It was discontinued in 2005 as the flat-panel displays offered by the iMac G4 and iMac G5 lines had become much more desirable.
