We offer our services on a “No Fix, No Fee” basis – please keep reading to find out if your service is eligible .

Base Level Repairs: £119.99 (£99.99 +VAT)

This category covers almost all aspects of board repair. Everything from no power to no backlight, including severe liquid damage, trace rebuilding, connector replacement, BGA replacement and much more. All liquid damaged devices we repair are ultrasonically cleaned, using industry leading ultrasonic cleaning equipment, ensuring any chances of further corrosion are minimal. This drastically improves the longevity of such repairs.

Advanced Level Repairs: £189.99 (£158.33 + VAT)

This category covers repairs with a higher cost of components, such as GPU or PCH replacement. Often caused by liquid damage or overheating, it is not uncommon to see high cost components fail. BGA components can include Graphics chips, CPUs, PCHs and many custom power controllers that can only be sourced from expensive donor boards. With the use of brand new GPU’s and PCH chipsets along with industry leading rework equipment and X-Ray verification we are able to offer long term solutions we stand behind.

Fast Track Service: OPTIONAL – £24.99 (20.83 + VAT)

We now also offer a fast track service for urgent repairs. When this service is chosen the device will skip all queues and will undergo work without delay. Turnaround time when using our fast track service is expected to be 1-2 working days but can depend on the severity of repairs required and parts availability.

Inspection & Diagnosis Fee: £34.99 (£29.16 + VAT)

This applies to devices with unknown issues or liquid damage that do not require board repair. When advanced troubleshooting is necessary we disassemble the device for  a comprehensive inspection under a microscope to ensure the logic board has no visible damage or corrosion, which is followed by running a full quality control check. Our in-depth process ensures we can be confident that when the device leaves our facility there are no further issues. If an evaluation reveals that a device is completely viable for repair but you choose to opt out for your own reasons, the service may also fall into this category.

No Fix No Fee Eligibility (and how this differs from the above):

Devices will typically be eligible for handling under our no fix category when the cost of repairs needed outweigh the cost of a replacement device, making it uneconomical to repair. It’s important that you know, that because a device has been classed as a “No Fix” that doesn’t necessarily mean it isn’t fixable at all – if you’re particularly fond of any item for example, you’re always welcome to ask us about the options so we can continue to find a path to repair in the most effective way we can – it’s just our way of making even the most challenging of repairs worth sending in for you, at least where we can. Additionally, this does not include devices that are perfectly viable for repair that are not being fixed by us for external factors (cancellations, for example).
