The Akia MicroBook Power 603e/240, based on the Alchemy architecture, features a 240 MHz PowerPC 603e processor, 48 MB of RAM, a 2.0 GB hard drive, and an ATI Xclaim 3D card in a slim tower case (it's a desktop case oriented on its side). Another configuration, the 603e/240-138, includes a 13.3-inch active-matrix, color TFT (thin-film transistor) monitor. The MicroBook Power 603e/240 was sold only in Japan.
