Apple Specs > By Identifier > "Classic" Mac Model Numbers

Update Published January 26, 2026

The Model Number for many early, compact, all-in-one "classic" Mac models is listed below (1984-1995). Note that Apple does not formally have a "classic" series, but EveryMac.com has categorized these models accordingly for convenience to refer to early Macs before Apple had clearly defined product lines.

EveryMac.com documented each Model Number either by physically inspecting each Mac or from reader submissions. Note that multiple early Mac models can share a single Model Number.
