Every Mac clone that uses a Rackmount case -- meant to be installed in an industry-standard rack and commonly intended as a server -- is listed below.

It is a little known fact that long before Apple unveiled the Xserve, there were two companies -- Hardware Research and Marathon Computer -- offering rackmount Mac clones in 1997 and 1998; the below list includes all of these early models.
