MacOS-Compatible Systems: Cutting Edge Cutting Edge was an unauthorized MacOS-Compatible vendor that beat authorized MacOS-Compatible manufacturers to the punch by packaging a genuine Centris 650 logic board inside a larger, more-expandable case. Allegedly, Apple was not pleased by this unofficial "cloning", and took action to make it more difficult to acquire these logic boards in an attempt to squelch Cutting Edge and other potential "unauthorized" MacOS-Compatible vendors. |
