The Outbound Notebook 2000 features a 20 MHz 68000 processor, 2 MB or 4 MB of RAM, and a 40 MB, 80 MB, or 120 MB hard drive in a white, compact case with a 10" monochrome "Supertwist" LCD screen. For cursor control, the Outbound series uses a "TrackBar," which slides left-to-right and rolls up and down, with buttons on both sides. Unlike the Apple Portable, the Outbound series have "swappable" hard drives and standard SIMM slots used in desktop machines. |
