The Sonnet Crescendo G4/NuBus features a 270-360 MHz PowerPC 7400 (G4) processor (depending on system bus) with the AltiVec "Velocity Engine" vector processing unit and 1 MB of backside cache. Sonnet's unique "AutoConfigure" technology detects what type of computer is being used and sets the speed to the maximum safe setting. The card plugs into the PDS slot.
