The XLR8 MACh Speed G3Z 466 features a 466 MHz (1.) PowerPC 750 (G3) processor with 1 MB of backside cache on a 233 MHz (3.) backside bus. The card plugs into the ZIF socket provided by the Power Macintosh G3 series, replacing the original processor card. All upgrade cards in the MACh Speed G3Z series have switches or a dial that can be used to adjust both the backside bus speed and ratio. |
