This month, EveryMac.com features preliminary specs, identifiers, and global prices (as well as a handful of Q&As) on all fourteen variants of the new iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s in addition to the updated iPhone 4s configurations and the (barely) revised iPod line. Additional details will be added after these devices ship.

Wonder if your current iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad will work with iOS 7 when it is released on September 18th? EveryMac.com has compatibility info for each device.

Additionally, the Currently Shipping, By Year, By Processor, By Capability, and By Identifier methods to browse iPod, iPhone and iPad models have been updated. The Ultimate iLookup and Ultimate iComparison features have been updated, too.

Finally, the EveryMac app [subsequently discontinued] -- thoughtfully designed for the iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad -- has been updated to cover the new devices, as well.

If you buy a new iPhone 5c or iPhone 5s, please send in its serial number when the device arrives. This non-personal information will be added to EveryMac.com to help with model identification and differentiation. Thank you very much.
