The Ultimate iLookup and Ultimate iComparison features have been updated, too.

Finally, the EveryMac webapp [subsequently discontinued] has been updated to cover the latest devices, as well.

If you bought, or buy, a new iPhone, Apple Watch, or Apple TV, please send in its serial number. Non-personal information will be added to EveryMac.com's Ultimate Mac Lookup to help with model identification and differentiation. Thank you.

New Q&As

A selection of Q&As since the last major site update include:

  • What are the major differences between the iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, and iPhone 8? Why does Apple now sell so many phones? Which is for me?
  • What are all the differences between the current Apple TV 4th Gen (Siri) and Apple TV 4K models? Which is best for me?
  • Which Macs are compatible with macOS High Sierra (10.13)? What are the system requirements? Which Macs support HEVC?
  • Which iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models support iOS 11? Do some models "partially" support iOS 11? Which ones?
