What are the differences between the "Mid-2005" iBook (1.33/1.42) models?

Please note that the "Mid-2005" iBook G4 (1.33/1.42) series was introduced on July 26, 2005 and discontinued on May 16, 2006.

The "Mid-2005" iBook G4 models use the same external housings as the earlier iBook G4 models, but otherwise these systems are quite different. When compared to the "Late 2004" models that these systems replaced, the "Mid-2005" line has faster processors, twice the amount and faster RAM (512 MB compared to 256 MB of onboard memory), superior graphics, larger hard drives, and built-in Bluetooth 2.0+EDR as well as AirPort Extreme (802.11g).

The iBook G4 "Mid-2005" models additionally include the "Sudden Motion Sensor" technology that stops the hard drive heads from moving if the notebook is dropped, and the "scrolling Trackpad" that allows one to scroll or pan by touching the trackpad with two fingers instead of one -- both borrowed from the PowerBook G4 series.

The major differences between the "Mid-2005" iBook G4 configurations are summarized below in this handy chart:
