Promoted as "supercharged by Siri AI," the Apple TV 4K (4th Gen) promises a more "immersive home theater experience" than its predecessors with built-in "far-field" microphones to talk to Siri without using the remote. The Apple TV 4K (4th Gen) also offers faster performance, an easier-to-find remote, new "home hub" functionality for interaction with "smart home accessories" like cameras and electronic doorbells, and the option of pairing it with as many as four HomePod mini 2 or HomePod (2nd Gen) speakers for surround sound.
The Apple TV 4K (4th Gen, 2026) is powered by a (Pending) Apple A19 processor, likely has 8 GB of RAM (Pending), and 128 GB of internal flash memory storage.
Connectivity includes HDMI 2.1, Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) with 2x2 MIMO, Gigabit Ethernet, Thread networking support, and Bluetooth 6.
The Apple TV 4K (3rd 4th) ships with a new silver-colored Siri Remote (4th Gen, A3592, EMC 9018, MLFC4AM/A) that adds new "Find My with Precision Finding" capability (which requires an iPhone 17 or newer, excluding the iPhone 17e).
This Siri Remote (4th Gen) has a touch-enabled "clickpad control that offers five-way navigation" and an outer ring that works as a "jog control" for quick scene selection. It also has a microphone for use with Siri AI, too.

*Apple states that Apple TV 4K (4th Gen, 2026) has an Apple A19 processor of unspecified clockspeed. If it is similar to the Apple A19 processor in the iPhone 17e and iPhone 17, it likely has six CPU cores with two "performance" cores and four "efficiency" cores and runs around 4.25 GHz. It likely has either four GPU cores or five GPU cores, like either the iPhone 17e or iPhone 17, respectively, but this is all subject to confirmation (Pending). |

*Apple provides no public information about the amount of RAM in the Apple TV 4K (4th Gen), but it likely is 8 GB. Both the iPhone 17e and iPhone 17 use the Apple A19 processor and have 8 GB of RAM.
8 GB of RAM also is the minimum to run Apple Intelligence. This Apple TV 4K supports "Siri AI" -- powered by Apple Intelligence -- which might also require a minimum of 8 GB of RAM if Siri AI is processed entirely on device (and not at least partially using an iPhone or iPad on the network as it is for earlier Apple TV 4K models that are compatible with Siri AI). However, this is speculative and subject to confirmation (Pending).
