Apple Watch Series 5 (Edition, Global, 44 mm) Specs
Identifiers: Watch Series 5 44 mm - MWR62B/A** - Watch5,4 - A2157* - 3320*
All Apple Watch Models
Please note that this A2157 Apple Watch Series 5 Hermes (Global, 40 mm) model is compatible with LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 39, 40, 41, and 66 as well as UMTS 2100 MHz, 1900 MHz, 1700/2100 MHz, 850 MHz, and 900 MHz. It is not compatible with LTE bands 12, 13, and 17. It is sold just about everywhere in the world except for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
The Apple Watch Edition (Series 5) models use relatively lightweight and attractive titanium and ceramic housings that are a bit more expensive than the stainless steel used by standard Apple Watch Series 5 models, but have the same "Always On" LTPO OLED displays (368x448 for the 44 mm size) and the same internals.
All Apple Watch Series 5 models look nearly identical to the Apple Watch Series 4 that they replaced, but they have a newer processor, at least twice the storage capacity, and the aforementioned "Always-On" Retina Display, a compass, and an International Emergency Calling feature.
All cellular-equipped Apple Watch Series 5 models, like this one, are capable of being connected to the Internet without a "tethered" iPhone, but it still requires an iPhone 6s or later running iOS 13 or later for most functionality. All Apple Watch Series 5 devices are controlled with a Digital Crown with haptic feedback and a Force Touch capable display and have an "all ceramic and sapphire crystal back" that connects to the charger, as well.
Battery life is an Apple estimated "up to 18 hours" overall, but more specifically "up to 1.5 hours" of talk time connected to LTE, "up to 10 hours" of audio playback from Apple Watch storage, "up to 7 hours" streaming audio via LTE, "up to 10 hours" working out indoors, "up to 6 hours" working out outdoors with GPS, and "up to 5 hours" working out outdoors with GPS and LTE.
For this specific 44 mm Apple Watch Edition (Series 5) model, Apple formally promoted six default options -- a silver-colored Titanium case with a Khaki Sport Loop, a Space Black Titanium case with an "Anchor" Gray Sport Loop (pictured, left), a White Ceramic case with an "Alaskan" Blue Sport Loop, a silver-colored Titanium case with a Saddle Brown Leather Loop, a Space Black Titanium case with a Black Leather Loop, and a White Ceramic case with a "Meyer Lemon" Leather Loop (pictured, right). Other watch bands were available via customization, as well.
