Please note that Apple states Apple Watch Ultra 4 models -- including the Apple Watch Ultra 4 Hermes -- "have been optimized for use in the country of purchase, and not all models work in all countries or regions. There is no single model that supports cellular service worldwide." Although the hardware is capable of using 5G, it is not supported everywhere. Specific cellular support varies based on location sold.
The Apple Watch Hermes (Ultra 4) models are sold as a "partnership" between Apple and French luxury brand Hermes. This model effectively is a 49 mm "Natural" titanium Apple Watch Ultra 4 -- complete with the same 422x514 "Always-On Retina" wide angle LTPO3 OLED screen covered with a protective "Sapphire" crystal layer -- but with custom packaging and model-specific watch faces and software tweaks.
All Apple Watch Ultra 4 models are capable of being connected to the Internet without a "tethered" iPhone, but it still is intended to be used with an iPhone 11 or later running iOS 27 or later for some functions.
Each Apple Watch Ultra 4 device is controlled with a Digital Crown with haptic feedback and a touch capable display in addition to two buttons -- a silver one beneath the Digital Crown and an orange "Action" button on the opposite side of the housing.
Battery life is an Apple estimated "up to 50 hours" overall in "normal" use; the "Low Power Mode" option can extend battery life to up to 84 hours by disabling some functionality, as well.
For this specific Apple Watch Hermes (Ultra 4), the housing is available alongside a variety of Hermes fabric, rubber, canvas, and stainless steel band options. The pictured options include a stainless steel Gris "Grand H Titane" band (left) and a knit Bordeaux "En Mer" band (right), but many other watch bands are available, as well.
