The Apple Mac Server G3/333 Minitower, based on the compact Gossamer architecture, features a 333 MHz PowerPC 750 (G3) processor with 1 MB of backside cache,128 MB of RAM, dual 9.0 GB Ultra/Wide SCSI hard drives (and corresponding PCI card), a 24X CD-ROM drive, ATI Rage Pro graphics acceleration with 2 MB of VRAM (expandable to 6 MB), and the standard "Whisper personality card" with audio input/output -- all packed into an easily expandable minitower case.
For all practical purposes, all models in the Mac Server G3 series are identical to another model in the Power Macintosh G3 series, but the server models often shipped with faster hard drives and dual Ethernet ports, and always pre-installed server software. The Mac Server G3/333 Minitower, in particular, is based on the Power Macintosh G3/333 Minitower, but originally shipped with a copy of MacOS 8.1 "specifically tuned for server use" and AppleShare IP 6.0 server software.
Despite the age of this system, site sponsor Other World Computing has RAM, hard drives, SSDs, and other upgrades available for this specific Mac while supplies last.
