This update of EveryMac.com features complete specs (and a handful of Q&As) on the sleek new "Unibody" white polycarbonate MacBook, the faster and higher-resolution iMac line, and the speed-bumped and server-configured Mac mini models.
Additionally, the "By Year", "By Processor","By Case Type", and "By Capability" Mac specification listings have been updated and the "Ultimate Mac Comparison" has been updated as well. Estimated Current Retail pricing also has been updated sitewide.
In general, the latest Macs provide excellent value but there also are trade-offs for some models and EveryMac.com makes it easy to sort out all of the details and pick the best new or used Mac for your needs.
For those interested in saving money on a Mac, site sponsor Adorama sells the latest models free of sales tax and with free shipping (and has deep discounts on the just discontinued Macs too). To save money on upgrades, site sponsor OWC sells quality memory and hard drives for the new Macs at affordable prices.
