This month, as requested by readers, EveryMac.com features integrated Geekbench benchmarks and links to official Apple PDF instruction manuals across G3 and newer Mac specs pages. EveryMac.com's Ultimate Mac Comparison feature now also includes Geekbench benchmarks to make dynamic side-by-side performance comparison easy.
EveryMac.com additionally is pleased to note that the site now has more than 250 fans on social media. If you haven't already done so, you are invited to join EveryMac.com on the social networking site today. Thank you for your support.
To evaluate performance, some prefer synthetic benchmarks and others prefer "real world" test results. EveryMac.com now includes an average of user-submitted Geekbench benchmarks on G3 and newer Mac specs pages in addition to links to the long standing Q&As that cover real world performance tests. Individual user-submitted benchmarks can vary widely, but an average nevertheless can be useful to get a general idea of the relative performance of different Macs.
A single page of Geekbench benchmarks and a single page with links to PDF instruction manuals for G3 and newer Macs also have been prepared for your convenience.
It is hoped that you enjoy these significant additions to EveryMac.com and find the site even more useful than before.
More serial numbers have been added to the Ultimate Mac Lookup as well. If your serial number isn't included already, please send it in. Thank you.
