This month, EveryMac.com features detailed iPad specs and many new iPad Q&As, complete specs on the China-only iPhone models that lack Wi-Fi, and an all-new "Ultimate iTimeline" [subsequently discontinued] that presents each iPod, iPhone, and iPad model in a dynamic, interactive timeline format. EveryMac.com's Ultimate Mac Lookup has been updated with more serial numbers, as well.

Just bought an iPad? Please send in its capacity (16, 32, or 64 GB) and its serial number so that this information can be added to the Ultimate Mac Lookup to help with future model differentiation. Thank you very much.
In addition to the latest iPad information, EveryMac.com now has more prominent Apple Subfamily, Order Number, Model Number, and Model Identifier information under the title of each system on G3 and later Mac specs pages and iPod, iPhone, and iPad specs pages. Model Number and Model Identifier offer "one click" access to the Ultimate Mac Lookup feature to display systems that match that particular information. Model Numbers and Model Identifiers presented on flip down "Quick Specs" on Apple and By Year category pages offer "one click" access to the Ultimate Mac Lookup feature as well.
For example, click the "MacBook4,1" Model Identifier assigned to the MacBook "Core 2 Duo" 2.1 13-Inch (White - Early 2008) from its specs page or its "Quick Specs" listing on the MacBook or 2008 category pages and all three models that share this model identifier will be presented for your convenience.
In the same way that EveryMac.com's Ultimate Mac Timeline [subsequently discontinued] displays all Macs from 1984 to the present, the all new "Ultimate iTimeline" [subsequently discontinued] presents all iPod, iPhone, and iPad models from 2001 to the present in a scrollable, interactive timeline format.
In case you missed one, a selection of Q&As since the last major update include:
Additions & Changes:
Added an all-new "Ultimate iTimeline" [subsequently discontinued] that presents each iPod, iPhone, and iPad model in a dynamic, interactive timeline format.
Added new and more detailed iPad and iPhone specs:

Enhanced the Ultimate Mac Lookup with more serial numbers and tighter integration across the site.
