This update of EveryMac.com unveils an all new "Ultimate Mac Comparison 2.0" feature with the entire site running on a fast new server as well.
Just like the original Ultimate Mac Comparison launched two years ago, the all new version makes it simple to dynamically compare G3 and later Macs side-by-side.
However, this completely rewritten second version is faster and has new category tabs -- Current Macs, Intel Macs, G3, G4 & G5 Macs, G3 & Later Macs, and iPod, iPhone & iPad -- to make it easier to find and compare Macs of similar vintage in addition to the iPod, iPhone and iPad lines. The new version also introduces dynamic "highlighting" capability to make it easier to spot similarities and differences between models.
A special thank you to WebCentrix.net for all the hard work migrating the site to the new server. If you have been looking for a Mac-based web host with highly skilled staff, WebCentrix.net is certain to meet your needs.
Of course, new features and new servers are costly, and consequently, your support of EveryMac.com and the companies that sponsor the site is appreciated as always. With your continued patronage, EveryMac.com will be able to serve you for years to come.
As mentioned with the launch of EveryMac.com's Ultimate Mac Lookup feature last year, a reader with the username of "Steve Ko" referred to EveryMac.com as "ridiculously useful" when he bookmarked the site on Delicious.
It is hoped that you enjoy this major addition to EveryMac.com and find the site even more "ridiculously useful" than before.
