With this update, EveryMac.com adds Global Original Prices (MSRP) for Intel Macs. 24 countries and territories where Apple announces pricing via company press release are covered.
In addition to United States original pricing, which always has been provided, EveryMac.com now provides original pricing information for Intel Macs shipped in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. Some countries have more complete data than others, but each will become more comprehensive over time. More countries will be added, as well.
This information is crosslisted and is provided both as a new "Global Original Prices" page for each Intel Mac and as a new "By Global Original Prices" section of the site organized by country.
For example, click on "Global Original Prices" from the Mac Pro "Quad Core" 2.8 (2010/Nehalem) and you can see the original pricing for this one model in all 24 countries and territories on a single page.
Alternately, click on "Denmark" or "China" or any other of the 24 options in the "By Global Original Prices" section, and a list of Intel Macs and the original pricing of each in Denmark, China or the selection of your choice will be provided on one page. As you would expect from EveryMac.com, complete specs for each Mac are just a click away.
