18 December 2013

This update of EveryMac.com features a comprehensive sitewide overhaul of Geekbench benchmarks, expanded Turbo Boost info, and a Popular Q&As page that reveals some of the most frequently read Q&As of the year. The EveryMac webapp [subsequently discontinued] has been updated with an iOS 7 friendly look-and-feel, too.

As requested by readers, EveryMac.com now has integrated all six sets of Geekbench 2 and Geekbench 3 benchmark averages on the specs page for each applicable Mac, within the Ultimate Mac Comparison feature for easy side-by-side performance comparison, and on the dedicated Mac Benchmarks section of the site.

As also requested by readers, EveryMac.com now has a separate field for "Turbo Boost" clockspeed numbers for relevant Intel-powered Macs on specs pages and within the Ultimate Mac Comparison feature.

The EveryMac webapp has been updated with an iOS 7 theme for those who use iOS 7, but it retains the "classic" iOS look-and-feel for those who continue to use iOS 5 or iOS 6.

Whether you use iOS 7, you use iOS 5 or iOS 6 due to hardware or software compatibility or just because of personal preference, the EveryMac app can meet your needs.

Additionally, no matter which version or mobile operating system you use, the EveryMac webapp always is current -- with automatic updates in the background on a regular basis -- as well as comprehensive and objective.
