This particular Apple Watch Series 7, a cellular capable model in the 45 mm size, features a 396x484 "Always-On Retina" LTPO OLED screen either with Ion-X glass packed in an aluminum case or sapphire crystal glass packed in a stainless steel case as well as a ceramic and sapphire crystal back that connects to the charger.
