What are the differences between the "Early 2003" iBook (800/900) models?

Please note that the "Early 2003" iBook (800/900) series was introduced on April 22, 2003 and discontinued on October 22, 2003.

The differences between the "Early 2003" iBook models are quite minor when compared to one another and quite similar to the "16/32 VRAM/Late 2002" models as well, so much so that Apple did not issue a new press release for this line.
