22 January 2013

This update of EveryMac.com features the latest confirmed Actual Maximum RAM capacities for many Intel Macs when running newer operating systems and EFI versions as well as new and updated upgrade Q&As for new and older Macs alike. EveryMac.com's Ultimate Mac Lookup, Ultimate Mac Comparison, Ultimate Mac Sort, and the EveryMac app [subsequently discontinued] have been updated, too.

Have an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad? If you haven't already, check out the EveryMac webapp [subsequently discontinued]. The EveryMac app has much of the same content and functionality as the "old school" EveryMac.com website established in 1996, but is entirely redesigned for these devices.

EveryMac.com's Actual Maximum RAM has been updated with the latest confirmed capacities and limitations on individual specs pages, in the By Capability section of the site, in the Ultimate Mac Comparison and Ultimate Mac Sort features, and within the EveryMac app.

EveryMac.com's Ultimate Mac Lookup has been updated with many new identifiers for the latest Macs and devices. Thank you very much to those who contributed information from recent purchases. It's always appreciated.
