Apple iPad 10.9-Inch 10th Gen 2022Note that this Wi-Fi Only model does not support cellular connectivity or A-GPS.

All iPad 10th Gen models, including this Wi-Fi only configuration, essentially represent a cheaper, slower, lower quality, and less capable version of the iPad Air (5th Gen).

The iPad 10th Gen (Wi-Fi Only) features a 10.9" LED-backlit 2360x1640 "Liquid Retina" display (264 ppi, 500 nits) that supports True Tone, but it does not have Wide-color (P3) capability or ProMotion support. The display is surrounded by a thin black bezel and is packed in a thin case with rounded corners and flat sides. The back is one of four color options -- silver, blue, yellow, or pink.

The iPad (10th Gen) is powered by a six-core Apple A14 Bionic processor, 4-core graphics, and a 16-core "Neural Engine", has 4 GB of RAM, and is equipped with either 64 GB or 256 GB of flash storage. It also has a "Touch ID" authentication sensor built into the top button, awkward support for the already awkward original Apple Pencil (A1603, MK0C2AM/A) (physically connecting it requires a USB-C adapter), and it has a "Smart Connector" for use with a size-specific Apple Magic Keyboard Folio (MQDP3LL/A), as well.

The iPad (10th Gen) has a landscape front-mounted 12 megapixel "Ultra Wide" camera that shoots up to 1080p video -- complete with support for the clever "Center Stage" technology that automatically pans and zooms to keep subjects in frame -- and a rear-mounted 12 megapixel "Wide" camera that shoots up to 4K video.

Other features include dual band 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6, HT80 with MIMO support, and Bluetooth 5.2 in addition to stereo speakers. Connectivity to computers, if desired, and power is provided by a USB-C port.

The battery life of this iPad (10th Gen) model is reportedly 10 hours "surfing the web on Wi-Fi or watching video."
