Apple iPhone 14Please note that this A2884 iPhone 14 is compatible with 5G NR bands n1, n2, n3, n5, n7, n8, n12, n20, n25, n26, n28, n30, n38, n40, n41, n48, n66, n70, n77, n78, and n79. It is not compatible with 5G NR mmWave bands n258, n260, and n261. It is intended for carriers in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, but it is technically compatible with carriers around the world. Unlike other iPhone 14 models, it lacks eSIM capability entirely and instead supports dual hardware nano-SIMs.

All iPhone 14 models have a haptic-touch capable 6.1" (diagonal) "Super Retina XDR" display (2532x1170, 460 ppi) that occupies nearly the entire front of the device. It has three cameras. On the front -- tucked in the "notch" -- is a "TrueDepth" camera that in addition to supporting Face ID, has a f/1.9 aperture, takes 12 megapixel photos, and shoots 4K video. The rear packs dual 12 megapixel, 4K video-capable Main (f/1.5 aperture) and Ultra Wide (f/2.4 aperture, 120-degree field of view) cameras. Apple promotes these cameras as supporting a new "Photonic Engine" for improved low-light support. The rear cameras also have a new "Action mode" for improved motion correction and an enhanced "Cinematic mode" with a simulated depth effect that now supports 4K (30 fps, 24 fps).

The iPhone 14 uses an aluminum case with flat sides and has a glass front and back. The front has a "Ceramic Shield" cover for durability and the back has an integrated "MagSafe" magnetic charging connection. It is splash, water, and dust-resistant to the IP68 standard (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). It has five original color options -- (pale) Blue, (pale) Purple, "Midnight" (black), "Starlight" (a warm gray), and (PRODUCT) RED, with a sixth option -- Yellow -- added on March 7, 2023.

Internally, the iPhone 14 is powered by a 3.2 GHz "Apple A15 Bionic" processor with six cores -- two performance cores and four efficiency cores -- as well as a 5-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine. It has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB, 256 GB, or 512 GB of flash storage. It also supports 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 with 2x2 MIMO, 5G wireless, Bluetooth 5.3, Ultra Wideband "for spatial awareness," NFC for Apple Pay, "Express Cards with power reserve" for compatible transit systems, and support for dual hardware nano-SIMs (it does not support eSIM).

Apple estimates that the iPhone 14 provides "up to" 80 hours of audio playback, 20 hours of video playback, and 16 hours of streamed video playback.

In mainland China, this specific iPhone 14 originally cost RMB 5999, 6899, and 8699 with 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB of storage, respectively. It also originally was available financed over a two-year contract for RMB 250, 287, and 362 a month, respectively.

On September 12, 2023, Apple cut the price to RMB 5399, 6399, and 8399 paid upfront or financed over a two-year contract for RMB 225, 267, and 350 a month.
