Apple 14-Inch MacBook Pro M5 Max 2026The Apple MacBook Pro "M5 Max" 18-Core CPU/32-Core GPU 14-Inch (2026) model features a (Pending) GHz Apple M5 Max processor with eighteen CPU cores (6 "super" cores and 12 performance cores), a 32-core GPU, a 16-core Neural Engine, a default 36 GB of "unified" onboard RAM and a default 2 TB onboard SSD. Both the RAM and the SSD can be custom configured with higher end options at the time of initial purchase, but not upgraded subsequently.

Offered in silver (pictured) and "Space Black", this notebook has an integrated 12 megapixel "Center Stage" camera, a "high-fidelity six-speaker sound system with force-cancelling woofers," a backlit "Magic Keyboard" with a "Touch ID" sensor, and a large "Force Touch" trackpad.

Additionally, it has a high-resolution LED-backlit 14.2" widescreen 3024x1964 (254 ppi, 1000 nits sustained, 1600 nits peak HDR, 1000 nits SDR, 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio) "Liquid Retina XDR" display (nano-texture option available at additional cost), and a integrated battery that provides an Apple estimated 16-24 hours of runtime.

Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), Bluetooth 6, Thread networking, three Thunderbolt 5 ports (USB-C connector), an HDMI port, an SDXC-capable SD card slot, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a "MagSafe 3" power connector.

Compared to its predecessor, this 14" "2026" MacBook Pro is essentially the same externally, but has a faster processor/graphics processor architecture, a faster SSD, faster wireless capabilities, and microphone improvements.
