Note that this iPad Air M4 11" (Wi-Fi+Cellular) model supports GPS/GNSS, 4G LTE (31 bands), and 5G (25 bands). It does not support mmWave. This single model is sold just about worldwide; everywhere except for mainland China. It supports eSIM; it does not support a physical nano-SIM card.
The iPad Air M4 11-Inch (Wi-Fi+Cellular) features a fully-laminated, antireflective 10.86" LED-backlit 2360x1640 "Liquid Retina" display (264 ppi, 500 nits) surrounded by a thin black bezel and packed in a slim aluminum case with rounded corners and flat sides. The back is offered in a choice of a (light) Blue, (light) Purple, warm gray "Starlight", or darker "Space Gray" color.
The iPad Air M4 11" is powered by a (Pending) GHz Apple M4 CPU with 8 cores (3 performance cores and 5 efficiency cores), a 9-core GPU, a 16-core Neural Engine, and 12 GB of RAM. Storage options are 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB.
Connectivity includes a USB-C port that supports USB 3 (up to 10 Gb/s), Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) with 2x2 MIMO, Bluetooth 6, and Thread networking, as well as support for "Touch ID" built into the top button.
The iPad Air M4 11" has a single 12 megapixel "Wide" rear camera that shoots 4K, and a single landscape 12 megapixel "Ultra Wide" front camera that shoots 1080p and supports the "Center Stage" feature that automatically pans and zooms to keep subjects in frame (it does not support "Face ID", though). It has dual landscape stereo speakers and dual microphones, as well.
The battery life of this iPad Air M4 model is reportedly 9 hours on cellular and 10 hours "surfing the web on Wi-Fi or watching video."
Like its predecessor, the iPad Air M4 11" models also support external keyboards and trackpads as well as the "Apple Pencil Pro" for input. Compared to its predecessor, the iPad Air M4 11-Inch (Wi-Fi+Cellular) -- and its siblings -- are similar except for the faster M4 processor, additional RAM, improved connectivity (Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6), and different identifiers.
