Apple 13-Inch MacBook Neo A18 Pro 2026Perhaps most notable for being the least expensive notebook computer Apple has ever shipped, the Apple MacBook Neo "A18 Pro" 6-Core CPU/5-Core GPU 13-Inch (2026) model features a 4.0 GHz Apple A18 Pro processor with 6 CPU cores (2 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores), a 5-core GPU, a 16-core Neural Engine, 8 GB of "unified" default onboard RAM, and a 256 GB or 512 GB onboard SSD. If configured with 512 GB of storage, the keyboard also is equipped with "Touch ID" authentication. The RAM and SSD cannot be configured with higher capacities at the time of initial notebook purchase or upgraded subsequently, either.

This all is tucked in a uniformly thin aluminum case with an integrated 1080p "FaceTime HD" webcam, a dual-speaker sound system, a non-backlit "Magic Keyboard", a "Multi-Touch" (not "Force Touch" trackpad), and a 13.0" LED-backlit 2408x1506 (219 ppi, 500 nits) display with IPS technology.

The aluminum case is available in four color options -- silver, (light pink) "Blush", yellow "Citrus" (pictured, left), and dark blue "Indigo". It weighs 2.7 pounds (1.23 kg). Apple estimates battery life at 11-16 hours depending on the task performed.

Connectivity includes 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6, two USB-C ports (one USB 2 and one USB 3 speed), and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
